At ZardoCards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ZardoCards account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
